| BILL ROTH
Founder
Bill Roth grew up in Denver, Colorado and is a graduate of the University of Missouri. A Denver business executive and entrepreneur for over 40 years,
Bill began his business career working his way to Vice President/General Manager of the Blanding Company. He ran the day-to-day operations and expansion of the Colorado Athletic Clubs. In 1982 Bill was part of the ownership team of the United States Football League’s Denver Gold and served as Vice President/General Manager. Having a passion for business management, leadership, sales and marketing; he served as President of
G.A. Wright Marketing, a Denver based full service marketing/creative agency, for 20 years.
During his career Bill has worked with many national companies including Microsoft, Western Union, Harrah’s Casino, Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos, Aspen Ski Corporation, Quiznos Corporation, University of Colorado Athletic Department, and Pepsi Bottling-Denver. In 2006 Bill left the business world to follow his calling to join Mount Saint Vincent Home, a 140-year home and school for abused, neglected, and emotionally disturbed children. He served
as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Advancement Officer. In 2011 he founded the BASICS TEAM, a business and career coaching company. Bill resides in Littleton, Colorado with his wife Debbie. Their children are Patrick (spouse Kristen) and Christy (spouse Eric) and granddaughter, Baylee. Bill enjoys volunteering, family time, golf, hiking, learning and coaching individual’s to develop their full potential both personally and professionally.

With over 45 years in the healthcare industry, Deborah's professional portfolio exemplifies the necessary skills to lead the BASICS TEAM FOUNDATION to serve in a variety of communities and charitable organizations. Her background as a Registered Nurse, specializing in the field of Kidney Dialysis for both hospital and clinic settings, sets her up for success in a role that requires compassion and a professional approach for the BASICS TEAM FOUNDATION program. Deb’s service to the community includes a noted role as an SCLA for the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth.
Deb resides in Littleton, Colorado with her husband Bill. Their children are Patrick (spouse Kristen) and Christy (spouse Eric) and granddaughter, Baylee. She enjoys tennis, golf, cycling, hiking and numerous volunteer activities.
| CHRISTY MARSHALL
Christy is a wellness entrepreneur and is passionate about helping others feel their best. Her love for health and fitness started as a college tennis player at Creighton University and becoming a certified holistic health coach. Christy owned her own brick and mortar barre studio for many years and has since transitioned her business to be online coaching clients through barre and wellness practices. In addition to wellness, Christy's expertise includes business management in the fitness industry and digital marketing. In her free time, Christy loves spending time outside as much as possible with her husband, Eric, daughter, Baylee, and their pups, hitting the Colorado trails. She is passionate about animal rescue and is a foster mom to dogs and cats in need.
| PRISCiLLA NEGREANU
Priscilla is part of the BASICS TEAM FOUNDATION business and life skills coaching team, dedicated to teaching and mentoring to Denver’s homeless population through the BASICS TEAM platforms. She is the founder and CEO of CONEXIUNE, a highly successful business development firm that generates new business opportunities and high-value connections for numerous brands. Priscilla has a background in strategizing advertising solutions for both local and cable television networks, such as Tribune Media (FOX31 Denver) and Comcast Spotlight.
Priscilla was born in Bucharest, Romania but grew up in Colorado. She is an alumna of the University of Colorado Denver and graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies. She is an avid traveler, likes reading and hiking 14’ers in her free time.
| GINA SOLANO
A gift for creativity and strategy ignited a career in marketing and advertising, beginning as an account service executive for major brands such as Ralston Purina, Quaker Oats and H&R Block. Giving in to her passion for creativity, Gina switched her career to the creative side of the industry, becoming an award-winning art director and creative director for numerous ad agencies. Her specialty involves creating campaigns that move the needle and designing compelling marketing tools.
Gina is a 5th generation Coloradan who attended Western Colorado University in Gunnison Colorado.
